The man in charge at the front desk at 11:00 pm was extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. He could not find the reservation even though he was provided the number. This man at the front desk is ruining the reputation of this hotel. We stay with this establishment at least once a month on business but we need to find another hotel to stay in.

My towels had hair in them. The floor in the room .The hot tub was indoors but had bugs floating around in it with dirt and leaves as well.
It's a bit grubby for the price. The carpets were stained it was a bit noisy.
What wonderful hostesses we had. The complementary breakfast wasn't missing anything! The bed was very comfortable. Although it is directly off I-84, if was very quiet.

There is a trash smell surrounding this part of town or larger. It's odd. As if downwind from a city dump. Otherwise, hotel seems nice with no issues that I've noticed. Room is clean and bedding is clean.
Great value for the $. Complimentary breakfast included make-your-own waffles and pre made breakfast sandwhiches. Pretty impressive when much more expensive hotels I have stayed at use Covid as an excuse to scale down their breakfast offerings
