Whirl Pool out of service😔

Check-in took a full half-hour, though we were the only people there and had pre-paid.

A bit dated, but clean enough. No elevator. Hot tub not working. Pool outdoors. Good restaurant. Liked the free breakfast system. One reservation in our group was accidentally dropped, but they bent over backwards to help us find a room at another hotel for that party.

Value was ok. Wish they had a grab and go breakfast option.

Need to touch up the hallways smell bad and dirty

Fair hotel for the price. Barhroom had black mold on ceiling in shower, otherwise clean.

It was convenient to have a lounge and restaurant on the property. The breakfast included with a stay was good and the restaurant staff excellent.

It was fine. But traveling alone I didn’t feel safe- half of the rooms are on the ground floor with large sliding doors facing the street/parking lot. It’s also noisy.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Despite location next to interstate, rooms are quiet. A la cart breakfast was a huge miss.

Photos are deceiving. Looks really nice on the photos but the rooms haven’t been updated since the 90’s. Bed is comfy atleast!

Bedsheets were clean, but the beds were old.

Walls were very thin. We had to be up early the next day so attempted to go to bed early. The people next door partied loudly late into the night, even after we contacted the office about the noise.

Great clean hotel considering being 2.5 star hotel

Very nice hotel, would stay here again! The hotel is 5 star at a 3 star price.

Convenient. Clean. Easy to check in when your exhausted.

Not enforcing masks. Guests filled lobby without masks even though there are signs everywhere saying they need to be worn. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. The toilet had a sticky layer on it. Toilet makes loud noise when flushing. And, takes a long time to flush Shower drips and shower rod is broken and coming off the wall. There appears to be black mold in the shower.
