The Luey house is located close to Cooperstown All Star Village making it an easy choice for those traveling to the Oneonta area for youth baseball tournaments. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the wonderful rental, downtown Oneonta is a short distance away by car or foot. The first floor has really benefitted from the renovation, the kitchen is up to date with huge island for prep space and additional seating. There is a full bathroom located off the kitchen, complete with washer & dryer. The kitchen was opened up to make a large open room including the kitchen and dining room.
The living room has comfy lounging furniture situated to view the huge flat-screen smart TV. The living room leads to the sun porch, where there is no shortage of beautiful natural light. A great place to snuggle up with a book or watch the comings and goings of the area.
The 2nd-floor houses the 5 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, everything has been carefully renovated to make the guest's experience the best it can be!
