Come visit ESVA. 30 minutes to Chincoteague Island and 40 minutes to Cape Charles great for swimming on the bay or in the ocean with many eateries & shopping. Small house in a great central location on the shore. Onancock and Onley have many great restaurants and shopping along with the Onancock Wharf if you enjoy fishing, kayaking and boating all located minutes away from Down by the Sea. Numerous other Wharf's are located within the area as well.

The house was very clean and the yard was nice size our dogs. Kitchen was great for making breakfast before we left for the day. Would stay there again.

Excellent getaway
Property was clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need. Loved the hardwood floors, and it was excellent for children and pets. There were games, and a dog bed and treats as well. The place may appear small, but is actually very well laid out, and the yard is an excellent place to enjoy the children with games and activities. Would highly recommend using this place for the price. Much better then any hotel in the area.

Nice Home for Business Travel
My work team stayed here while on a project for Eastern Shore. It is a good location for our project. GPS did led us to the wrong location, but the homeowner helped. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
