The only good thing about this hotel is the sweet older lady who works at the front desk. Pretty much everything else is awful, especially the manager's attitude.

The hotel is easy access and a great location between Chincoteague and Cape Charles. Linda at the front desk was courteous and professional. Gary, Julia and housekeepings were delightful and helpful. Easy check in and good value. The attractive looking lobby gave a very good first impression. The room was bright, clean and smelled fresh. The furnishings offered a nice touch. The king bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was a great addition. Short driving distance to nearby towns for good sunrise and sunset views. Ask the staffs for advice. Another benefit, you get a discount at their business partnered restaurants. Will recommend.

Great location and great looking lobby. Delightful and helpful Staffs. Very bright and clean room with comfortable beds. Microwave and a small fridge were handy. Good sunrise can be viewed in the nearby town of Wachapreague and sunset in Onancock. You get a discount at local restaurants when you show them your hotel receipt. Will come again.

Room was not clean I had to wait over12 hours to get towels and cloths and the night receptionist was extremely rude... Wouldn't recommend this hotel to house dogs

Older Hotel. Clean, pleasant, great value. Would stay again and/or recommend to a friend. There were 3 couples in our party and all agreed with this assessment.

Checked in and checked right back out. AVOID. Lock broken, filthy tub, pool had bugs in it, leftover food from previous guest in fridge, yellowed blankets, etc etc.

Hotel lobby and general appearance was dirty and weathered. It took quite some time to get checked in. When we got to the room I was very concerned. The door looked like someone had broken into it and was rigged shut. There were spots on the sheets and a spot that looked like blood on the comforter. We checked the mattress and found a bed bug crawling in the comforter. I took a photo of the bug and showed it to the front desk. After 15 minutes they were able to refund me and my family and I left the hotel. This was a horrible experience.

Needs some updating! Rugs dirty and too old. Good location for what we wanted-close to Onancock boat to Tangier Good bed

The hotel is located in an area close to some of the finest restaurants and useful businesses while traveling (i.e. grocery, automotive, and hardware stores). Checking in was quick and problem free. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. There were no elevators to the second floor, which seem to be typical of many hotels on the Eastern Shore. Swimming pool area was clean and relaxing. The rooms are quite, clean, and beds are comfortable. I did not get a chance to visit the breakfast buffet, therefore can not comment. I would stay there again if in the area.

When we checked in the first room was dirty and smelled horrible, The desk clerk was very nice and she moved us to another room. In that room the toilet was stopped up and my husband had to plunge it. We tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. He had to walk down to the front desk to even get a plunger to unstop the toilet. The lock on the door was broken as well.

FIRST. GOT IN ROOM TOLET STOPPED UP HANDED ME plunger complete booked hotel with only desk clerk asked for manager. None on property. No emergency. Maintenance

Our 2 nite hotel stay at the Onley Days Inn was a good stay at a reasonable price. The stay included a free continental breakfast, which included make your own fresh waffles, sausage & gravy with biscuits, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, hard boil eggs, etc. orange & apple juice, milk & coffee. The staff at the desk and assisting at the breakfast area were friendly & courteous. If we ever needed to stay in the area again, we would stay here again.

This motel looks like a faded and worn out 70's place and it is. It should be condemned. I paid $100 for the best non-smoking king because it was the only place near a medical site where I needed to conduct business the next day. I shudder to think what the other rooms were like. The carpet, furniture drapes, bedspread all had major stains a few decades old. I checked the bed for bedbugs and it was clear--that's the best I can say. The telephone, clock radio and several lights did not work. I will be notifying AAA to remove this place.

Hotel was nice . needs some updating. overall ok.Noisy at mcdonalds after hours.
