The room was great. The staff were extremely friendly. I had requested a crib in the room online, and it wasnt there when we checked in. We told the staff about the problem and within 5 minutes they brought one up for us. Amazing service and I will gladly stay here again when I visit Omaha.

Our stay was amazing! Highly recommend the single room with the additional sitting area, overlooking the courtyard! Modern decor, clean, staff was responsive and very friendly. BEST location, walking distance to Old Market restaurants and shopping. And importantly, unlimited and free shuttles to all our destinations in the city (Zoo, restaurants) plus airport pick-up and drop off. We will definitely stay here again.
