We had an excellent extended stay for our daughter’s wedding. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating of all of our specific needs. Whenever we had questions or needs, each person we interacted with was earnest, helpful, respectful, and effective at helping us at all hours of the day and night in a timely manner. The room and entire hotel was spotless and in very good repair — the housekeeping service was excellent, attentive, and considerate. We loved our stay and will return!
The rate was very reasonable & it was conveniently off 680. The room was immaculate. We stayed twice on our trip between Denver and Madison, going to our daughter's wedding. I left a pouch with makeup and received an immediate email. Ms. Fink had kindly notified front desk staff, after cleaning the room, and Jeanne and Tyler were very responsive in sending it immediately to me-making life much easier for me. What woman wants to attend their daughter's wedding sans makeup? They also gave us a great dinner recommendation to Johnny's Italian Steak House.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at front desk for checkin at 5:40pm. Came back to my room on the 2nd day late in the evening to find my room had not been cleaned. When I talked to the manager the next morning he wanted to argue with me as to why wasn’t done. The only reason I stayed there was because the Marriott I usually stay at was not available those nights. Will not be back to this Fairfield.
We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Everything was clean and our stay was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately, this is pretty far off of the route we take when traveling so we aren't likely to stay in the future. If its location meets your needs, I highly recommend it!
My husband and I were in town on a business trip one weekend and we stayed here due to the convenience of our stay. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The beds we're very soft and the rooms were cleaned very good. However, the hygiene and demeanor of a staff member/executive house keeper by the name of Lisa was extremely unpleasant/concerning. I had seen her in the hallway and asked for extra towels. I tried to interact with her and it's like she couldn't comprehend and her words were slurred. She also had a foul pungent odor coming off of her person that made me lose my lunch. The breakfast there was although enjoyable. I would rate this hotel at a 6.
I traveled to Omaha for work and really enjoyed exploring all the good food Omaha had to offer. I also loved staying at this property because of the cleanliness and proximity to shopping. I honestly never had any complaints during my weekly stays. The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were always clean and comfy making me feel right at home.
When I came to check in last night there was no one at the desk, doors were locked, and no one was answering the phone. After what seemed like forever (I was tired) the attendant came from a hallway pushing a baggage cart and didn’t seem the slightest bit concerned that anyone was standing at the locked door!!! Upon checking in I noticed the sign @ the desk for debit card use and asked about this and she told me that there was a hold placed on debit cards and asked if I had a credit card because that was treated differently. I told her that I have my company credit card and could I check in with that but would need to pay with a different card and she said that would be fine because with credit cards it isn’t charged until you check out. I again confirmed that my business card WOULD NOT be charged and she assured me that it would not be charged. The attendant was very short and rude throughout the entire check-in process. Imagine my surprise when at 2:45am I receive an email with a bill attached showing my business card had been charged!!! I called down to the front desk and learned that all cards used at check in are processed during the night audit :( This is a business card used to check in and now has an unauthorized personal charge which our company policy calls for termination!!!!!!!!! The desk clerk diligently figured out how to credit my business card and charge my personal card, but now I have to go to my employer and hope to not lose my job! I work in the HR Department and am the one that has to enforce policy and now I am the one that will be begging for an exception! I was going to extend my stay another night because my home was affected by the flooding and I didn’t wasn’t to deal with all the extra driving with alternate routes but I will not be staying here! I have made reservations at the HEI right next door ... I am wondering if I should have followed instinct last night and checked in over there when there was no one present here :(
Very comfortable beds! Road weary and needing a good sleep before starting the next leg. This place provided it. Easy on and off the interstate with no hassle of f the big city traffic. We did have a substantial snowfall overnight, so it was easy to delay our departure until after rush hour. Great breakfast provided and pleasant people to converse with. Thank you for the peace.
We stayed here while attending a wedding. The hotel was very new(possibly opened in the last 6 months) The room was clean and had a modern style. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. There was a pool and exercise room available. The staff was very friendly and willing to give us a later checkout which was really appreciated.
We found the hotel to be a bit disappointing. It was very noisy. Staff were not very accommodating...perhaps because the hotel was completely booked and they seemed a bit short of staff. Location is remote, although right near the interstate, so easy to get around to other parts of Omaha. The hotel was very average.
