Our stay would have been perfect but the hotel somehow was having hot water problems. We literally took cold showers this morning. There was a sign at the front desk saying that they were aware and working on it but that is still a major disappointment.

Usually love Hilton Garden Inn (but usually stay at Hampton, because, free breakfast)...our room was bottom floor, around the corner from the front desk (like, 30') and right next door to the workout room...and, we were turning a night away from kids for an event into a night away... 2am partying and 6am treadmill runners did not a good night's sleep/experience make.

Wet nice room was clean the staff was friendly and explained the faculty well. The walls are thin. You could here the kids in hallway running and playing. Bed was good I slept well.Close to shopping and food.

Easy access right off the highway and shares a large lot with the best barbecue in Kansas.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Checking in and out was so easy. When we had an unfortunate encounter with vandals, the staff took great care of us and liaised with the police.

Didn't Like that you have to leave the room or go downstairs for food. They need room service 24-7. The vending machine for drinks didn't have a good selection. Not a good place to stay for people want to be catered to. Waited forever up front for someone to come to the desk and ending up having to call on the phone in the lobby. I won't stay here again for the price they charge.

Great location in Olathe. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant could have its staff more visible, but outside of that it was a good stay.

Water pressure was low at all times. HVAC is defective, part of suite was warm to sometimes hot while the other part was cool. This caused both of us to experience sinus problems during our stay. 3 Light bulbs in 3 different fixtures were burned out. Had a big noisy party in the second floor open area Friday night and we had to go thru the edge of it in order to gain access to the hallway leading to our room.

great location to the city an ballpark, great value, very clean

Stayed in this hotel twice when visiting family during the holidays and found it to be a very good place to stay, convenient location and friendly staff and great facilities.

Loved the location of this hotel, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Will definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend the Olathe Hilton Garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and morning breakfast buffet were above average. Very nice King bed room with high quality linens and very comfortable bed. Coffee bar always available in front lobby. Quality of coffee should be improved.

We only stayed one night to be close to the dine in Theater. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a Jr. Suite and it was perfect for us as we had friends come over after the movie. The only negative, was that the glass door to the bathroom left little privacy.
