This hotel was great. They upgraded our room to a bigger one with a great view and gave us drink coupons for our vip status. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had at any hotel offering both western and Japanese and every food was labeled in English/Japanese with allergy signs on all of them. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and tram. Staff was also very friendly.
