I usually don’t leave reviews however this has been the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, I brought my service dog into the hotel which I had told them about prior to this stay and when bringing her in they asked for paperwork and a double deposit, I went ahead and let them know I don’t have paperwork for her because I didn’t assume it would be an issue, WRONG! They charged me a double deposit and even when asking if they want to see my LITERAL seizure medicine, they declined, they treated me terribly made it a huge issue and overall made me extremely uncomfortable as soon as I walked through the door they even went as far as saying I cannot leave my service animal in my room, AT ALL! I then asked if I could just be refunded for the hotel and go elsewhere they said “ well you can absolutely go elsewhere ” and I said you won’t refund me? And she said absolutely not. The hotel was dingy dirty and disgusting the breakfast was terrible and I’ve never been met with such rude horrible behavior from someone that is in a professional position, the bed sheets were dirty the second I stepped in the room I seen 3 roaches in the first 30 minutes and the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, the neighborhood is VERY BAD homeless people stand outside and the breakfast is stale cereal and eggs that come in a bag, spend the extra $50 bucks and go somewhere you won’t catch bedbugs or where your car won’t get mugged.
