Check-in took nearly an hour. There was a family reunion that seemed to arrive the same time I did. I completed and got verification that I completed my pre-check earlier that morning yet I had to wait in line that entire time

We checked in quite late, front desk was cheerful and the process was quick and easy. Room and common areas were clean and quiet, morning breakfast was well-stocked with plenty of options and again... very clean and well operated. A great choice for a value hotel needed for a night or a few. Would return.
