The hotel was completely empty and we booked on Expedia, the last minute so we could see my daughter in a special group home on her birthday. We asked if we could have a room on the water, everytime we go to the hotel we get it, they said since we booked on Expedia the rate difference they would not allow, it was $40 more but empty.
