We loved beginning our new year beachside, and this was the perfect place to do so! We had lots of space to spread out, went to sleep to the sound of waves and woke to watch the sea life on the sandy patio overlooking the Pacific. We walked to the pier multiple times and were surrounded with great places to eat. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was excellent. Location and view were perfect. It was close to both Carlsbad and Oceanside. Our host was great, made sure we knew to contact them if we needed anything. We did not, we had everything. it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

This was our second time staying in this unit. We were fortunate to have the sun out for sun bathing, and the warm weather made evening walks to the beach enjoyable. The unit was clean. Access was super easy. Guests might want to pack a lighter for the fire pit. We had to go buy one at the nearby gas station. Also, cellphone reception is weak. You will need to walk to the front of the building to make phone calls. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return.

Girls getaway

Enjoyed the location. Property clean but a bit sparse with very limited paper goods (TP, paper towels, napkins etc). Only 1 wine glass which was surprising but okay. Internet was a bit spotty but we were able to make calls depending on where you were in the house. Communication with owner was great and check in and check out was easy. Great location right on the water.

Amazing!

Beautiful property! Sparkling clean! Spacious, airy! Could not ask for a better view or location! Walking distance to so many fun places! Only negative was there was no grill or firepit as was listed in the agreement.

Great views of the ocean

We had an excellent stay. It is located in a generally central location of oceanside with many food options to the North or south. We loved having a garage to park in. For reference We drove a suburban and it fit with just a few inches to spare! The views of the ocean are great, and the sound of the waves is relaxing, however,just because the beach is right out the back porch it is rocky and not a place for kids to play at the beach. You will have to plan to go to another beach to get good sandy areas. For us we didnt mind taking the car to another spot. We walked to breakfast at SK's Donuts every morning. Highly recommended SKs for a yummy donut or breakfast sanwhich. The vacation rental home had everything we needed and offered a great place to retreat too after days of adventuring. Check in was easy and all the locks and codes worked perfectly. we had no issues and it was clean the master showeer is pretty fun too!!

Gorgeous Stay

Even better than the pictures! Very nice condo, great location, plenty of amenities. The view and sounds of the ocean are just incredible! We saw dolphins and seals playing from the patio.
