This location was everything our family needed for a weekend getaway. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and the check in process was seamless. We fell asleep to the ocean in the evening and woke up with the most gorgeous sunrise every morning. The proximity to the beach was key. We will definitely be back!

The location and property are fantastic. The check-in and check-out instructions and further communication to get check-in instructions was terrible! The grounds and personnel of the property were very helpful and friendly. The unit was a great layout and the view is spectacular. The cleanliness was not good-floors dirty, both kitchen and bathroom sinks were dirty, the furniture was stained and smelled terrible.

Everything was great! Our only complaint was no A/C but that’s common for many places in the area. It was more hot and humid than we expected and the fans helped but we were still just slightly uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Super short walk to the beach and pools.

This was the perfect stay. Especially we enjoyed the balcony view and very convenient master bathroom which is important for the people with mobility issues.

We loved the location of this property as it was so convenient to the beach. We loved that the A building had it's own pool and hot tub as almost no one was ever in them compared to the main pool. The view off of the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there and just relaxing. Everything went smoothly with check in and communication, and the place met all our expecations, so we have no complaints. We found plenty to do nearby and liked that we could walk to the pier and the harbor area for restaurants and shops. The wagon, beach chairs, and sand toys were very nice too, only thing our kids would have loved would have been body boards available at the place versus having to rent them. Overall, a great condo at a great location!

A cozy, feel good place

The place was wonderful and right on the beach. Except Pacific Beach is going through some tough times with sand shifting and lots of beachfront maintentaince work which made access difficult and asethically unpleasant. Quite a distance to the main pool but doable. There is another pool much closer its just a typical pool. Very nice hot tub that is close.

Beach condos very close to Camp Pendalton

Older condos but they are doing a lot of renevations around the property. The condo was updated and has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and extra blankets to cuddle.on the couch watching the sunset. Location and view from the balcony are amazing and worth it. If you're here to visit your Marine,, the location can't be beat.

Wonderful condo!

This condo is lovely and has the best view of the ocean. We loved being on the beach in two minutes. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a couple of meals and the fridge kept our food very cold. The only downside is there is no pack n play for an infant. We absolutely loved our stay here and the location was incredible!

Excellent access to the beach

We stayed the last week in August and we were a bit concerned because the unit does not have air-conditioning. However, given it’s excellent location, right on the beach, leaving the patio doors and windows open gave us a cool, ocean breeze, and we were never uncomfortable. The unit is very well-maintained and stocked with whatever you need for enjoying the beach. We had a few questions which Nancy answered almost sooner than we finished typing them. The location has easy access to I-5 so easy access should you want a day trip to SDO or LA. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

This property is perfect for all ages for a beach front spot on an awesome surf/boogie board beach. 80!year old grandparents and one middle aged Mama with a 7 and 11 year old had a blast!

Stunning location! Watching the beautiful sunsets every night right on the balcony while listening to the waves roll onto the beach was paradise! The condo was exceptionally clean, lovely decor and very well set up, it felt like home away from home for our family of 6. Would absolutely love to return.

Family Reunion at the beach

We love staying at this property. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever stayed in with VRBO. The beach view was great, and Nancy was so helpful and accommodating. We can’t say enough good things about her and her home.

We had a great stay! Everything was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We loved being so close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants. We didnt use our car all week. We will return for sure!

The place was great

This place was great, wonderful view, the host was amazing to work with, fast communication, checking in was a little difficult trying to find the office and things but other than that we had everything we needed at the condo. Would definitely recommend!
