Is there Air Conditioning? Like many oceanfront properties in Oceanside, this condo stays cool with Pacific breezes. We provide ceiling fans and portable fans; however, there is no central A/C. For cooler months, the unit is equipped with wall heaters and a fireplace.
What is the parking situation? You have one assigned, secure parking space in the garage (Level G1). Please note: Vehicles must be parked head-in only, and car alarms must be disarmed while parked to comply with complex regulations.
Do you provide supplies? We provide a "starter kit" of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo to get your vacation started. For longer stays, guests should plan to restock these items as needed.

Great location, close to beach. All the amenities we needed to enjoy a great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, as well as the weight room and the hot tub.

Relaxing Vacation with Family

This place was a dream to stay in. Management made an easy check in. My family enjoyed a relaxing stay for 10 days. The condo had all the amenities we needed. Very clean and decorated nicely. Bed was very comfy and the pull out couch sofa was comfy too for my son . The best part was the ocean and pier view from patio and bedroom . We definitely want to reserve this condo again . Thank you Tim for making our stay wonderful .
