These features include: Samsung HDTV, Wireless Internet Connection throughout the condo, community, and beach, a wall mounted LED color changing fireplace, two ceiling fans (No AC- portable available), Fisher Paykel Two-Drawer Dishwasher and Refrigerator with a wine rack, Wolf Stove, Kitchen Aid Convection Oven/Steamer/Microwave (not a full sized oven), a spa-like bathroom with towel warmer, a custom wall bed with a high end memory foam mattress that can be stored easily away for extra living space, a pull-out sofa to accommodate two additional guests, an ottoman that pulls out to a small bed, and a balcony to enjoy the ocean view with a breeze! Once you have stepped onto the grounds of North Coast Village you will be surrounded by waterfalls, saltwater pools, spas, and  a large Koi ponds. There is a Recreational Room equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and fuse-ball. There is a small putting green and a fitness room complete with a sauna room.
