Surfs up on this amazing location!

Best location at North Coast Village! Oceanfront view with sweeping grand views. Short walk to gate to beach, pool, everything felt right at the door step. Super well stocked with everything we needed.

The location was perfect. The condo had everything you could possibly need! Decor was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Check-In was super easy. We will be back!

On the Beach in Oceanside

The property was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with paper products, spices and any incidentals you might need. We loved watching and hearing the water and it was so easy to just go down to the beach and hang out or walk. Can't wait to rent again. Vicki

Perfect Beach Vacation

Gorgeous property and location. We loved the corner unit with views west and south. I also loved that we were located right on the beach without any cars driving in front (like many places on the Strand). The owner has made some upgrades from the photos we viewed and it was lovely. The unit was clean and bright and gave us a true beach vacation feel. The beds were very comfortable. This property is located close to many restaurants and businesses in Oceanside.

Perfect Location

We have been staying in North Coast Village every summer for years. This was by far the best condo we have rented. Location is perfect and condo is nicely furnished. We will definitely be back to this one again next summer. Only thing I would recommend is getting a screen door for the slider leading to patio. We had a wonderful experience, and were sad to leave.

Beauty on the Beach

Conni maintains an amazing property. It's location can't be beat right on the ocean, next to the sand. Each night we would go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and eake up each more to the sounds of the ocean. Conni has stocked the condo with everything you could need - zip lock bags, spices, cleaning supplies, many towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Furniture is comfortable, beds are terrific, and outside, there are even two chaise lounges (I didn't see them anywhere else on property!). Thank you, Conni, for the wonderful week!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

This is our 4th time to this location and 3 rd time in this property. Conni is the new owner and she has done a remarkable job upgrading the entire place. The furnishings are all new and the kitchen is so much nicer with new appliances and dishes. She truly cares about your stay and was available and responsive for any need. She even called several days after our trip to check on my husband who had stepped on a stingray the last day we were there. I hope everyone that stays will take good care of the property. It’s an annual trip for us and we will definitely be back. Thank you Conni

Here's the deal for this rental: 10 steps from the beach, unbelievable view of the ocean, easy parking, easy drive to good restaurants and clean. Helpful condo information person, very nice pool and jacuzzi within short walking distance, and great beach toys/ boogie boards on site. Only complaint is that the dryer was broken and they just sent an email saying coin dryers available in the complex. When a place is rented, especially on the beach, with washer dryer a discount should be offered when it breaks. It is a small complaint however for an overall lovely place.

I wish I could give D-15 a zero star rating…. Because I would hope everyone would believe me and never want to rent that unit so it would always be available for us🤣 . I'm convinced there's no better unit in the whole complex. It was perfect in every way…. Except for the one picture in the master bedroom that was not centered on the wall. I realized laying in bed one night I just might have OCD 🤪 but really the only thing that would make this better is if it had a washer and dryer in the unit. Besides that you have absolutely everything you need and is in a perfect location!

Sea La Vie was Lovely

My sister, best friend & her daughter joined me during Spring Break. We loved every second there. We didn't want to waste any time going exploring anywhere else, we stayed there on the beach the whole week, only used gas in the rental car to get back to the airport! Having the ocean right out the door is the only way to spend time at the beach. You can lay in bed in the master bedroom and see the ocean, we opened the window and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Lounge chairs with umbrellas to relax and spend time looking at the ocean, reading or napping was a dream. Patios with tables and chairs while looking at the ocean is the best way to enjoy every meal. Beds were all comfy, loved that we had cable tv and apps to watch our favorite shows. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards & towels when we did take the few steps to go play in the water. My friend's daughter loved the swimming pool when she wasn't playing in the ocean. We had a few rounds of pool in the the game room. We didn't want to leave and go back inland to our homes. Checking In/Out is easy. Assigned parking spot in the garage so no worries about finding a parking spot. Very secure property, we felt so safe there. We would definitely go back to Sea La Vie!

Perfect location

This property is perfect! The host has renovated and furnished this propert with very tasteful decor that is perfect for a family. With twin one year olds and a three year old there was plenty of room for everyone. The location can’t be beat, there isn’t another property on the sand in Oceanside. I hope we can stay here again!

Best beach views and lots to do around

Thank you for hosting us. My kids had lots of fun playing at the beach and the pool. My family loves the restaurants that are walkable from the condo.

Beach getaway

We usually stay at North Coast Village once or twice a year but haven't been able to come out because of covid for awhile. Staying here at D15 was just what we needed! Beautiful remodeled unit! Clean and comfortable with everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation! Couldn't be any closer to the waves- in fact because of high tides they crashed over the backyard wall ! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the back and side yards of the property. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Spring Break Getaway

3 generation Family time spent in a beautiful, cozy, comfy condo front row on the beach. Kitchen recently upgraded. Top of the liine appliances. I loved the countertops. We spent afternoons and evenings sitting overlooking the beach while the kids were at the heated pool and spa or playing on the beach. This corner unit also offers a great opportunity to people watch up the beach plus so fun watching the surfers. I cannot leave out the awesome sunsets. Everything was perfect

This was our 8th time staying at NCV and one of our best yet! This condo is beautiful!

The condo is very clean with all the amenities needed for the beach. The patio and side yard really helped the relaxation. Close to the beach and the gate to get to the strand. The owner was helpful and kind.

Great family location.

We have stayed at NCV dozens of times the past 10 years but never in this condo. This condo is our go back to spot from now on, we loved it! The new owner Connie is very nice and eager to help. The condo is equipt with new items and has all the extra amenities you wouldnt think to bring to help your stay be relaxing. Thanks Connie our families had the best vacation ever, see you next year.

Beautiful location right on the beach

Enjoyed sitting in the patio. We saw a whale right from our patio seats!!! Many restaurants within walking distance. We never had to get back in the car until time to go home. North Coast Village is a great location with a lot of amenities. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Oceanside in March

We enjoyed the condo and it’s prime location. Through no fault of the owner’s, the beach was torn up out front since they were dregging the harbor. Heavy equipment operated throughout the day off and on. The TV in the living room did not work the entire time even after the owner responded promptly by sending over a technician. No luck. The internet was down for 2 days. These 3 issues were frustrating, but I understand things happen. The condo was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect.

Outstanding location!

Enjoyed our stay very much. You can't beat the view. Liked being able to walk straight into the condo without stairs. One small note--compared to a number of other units we have stayed in at this complex, this unit could use some updating and decorator touches.

Annual Retreat

We have rented this unit for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed! The location is ideal for going out and about O'side as it is between the O'side Harbor and the Pier, close to downton for all the activities. The sunsets are phenomenal from this location and surfing is fun! The owner and his assistant are responsive regarding any questions you may have. We highly recommend this unit and are looking forward to our visit next year!!
