Experience the perfect beach getaway at Face Sea, a charming oceanfront studio condo located in the Cara Mar building. Situated on the second floor and easily accessible by elevator, this end unit offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from its oceanfront balcony.

Face Sea comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. For your entertainment, the living area features a Smart TV, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the condo. You'll find linens and towels provided for your convenience, as well as a starter set of coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Additional conveniences include paid laundry facilities located on the ground floor of the building, and one assigned parking space (under the building, with 7ft clearance). During the summer months, guests can enjoy access to the building's outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing swim after a day at the beach.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2026 (yes, they were put up way too early!) They're not there for any structural issues, they're just there to help prevent any bits of the stucco from chipping off.

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
