Lovely ocean front 3 Bedroom condo available in the popular Sea Terrace building. Centrally located on 88th street, this building is within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. The large balcony overlooks the pool below and offers great views of the ocean and some view of South Ocean City and small view of the bay. The spacious, open floor plan offers plenty of room for indoor relaxing and spending time with family and friends. This condo has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 7 people. There is a king-sized bed and a television in the master bedroom, a double bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been renovated and has stainless steel appliances.
Sea Terrace 605 comes with the following amenities: free WIFI, cable TV, 4 TV's, central air conditioning, one parking space (provided at the building with registration fee),
there is also free side street parking on a first come first serve basis, washer and dryer, balcony furniture, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, disposal, ice maker and ceiling fans.
