Gateway Grand 1009 offers spectacular sunrises and sweeping ocean views in this spacious and elegant direct oceanfront condo located on 48th Street in Ocean City, MD. This three bedroom, three bath condo has a spacious living and dining area that opens onto a private balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean and beach. Two garage parking spaces are also included. Professionally decorated, this property offers luxury features throughout with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen, and even a wine cooler. Comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests, the condo features a king in the primary suite: a queen in the second bedroom suite and a third bedroom with both a full-size and single bed.
Owner provides complimentary linen package (which includes sheet sets for all beds; 7 bath towel sets; and kitchen towel sets) delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. Enjoy free WIFI and 4 smart TVs. A washer, dryer, and a child's highchair are provided for a family-friendly experience. Also, included is use of the owner's private beach locker which is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Beyond the condo, Gateway Grand offers world-class amenities including indoor and outdoor pools and a kid's playroom. Condo is within walking distance of the Ocean City Convention Center; dining and entertainment options like Seacrets, Dry85 and Mackys. Just a quick drive to the famous OC Boardwalk and Inlet. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; units rent Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Garage clearance is 7 feet. Property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
