Welcome to Hakuna Matuna! Light, bright ocean block 1 bedroom with king bed and sofa bed. Sleeps 4, fully equipped kitchen, just steps from the beach in North Ocean City! Walk to great bars and restaurants ( Sushi Cafe, 5-Guys, Taphouse North, Thai O-Cha, Crab Bag,, Alley Oops), Old Pro Golf, Sun Surf Cinema, and North Side Park! Linens and towels provided, Smart TVs in living room and bedroom ( with cable in living room). Amazing view of the ocean from your private balcony! Minimum age: 24

This unit is light and bright and ready for you! All linens and bath towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for the cook in the family.
The unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building (no elevator), but the ground floor is also the 1st floor, so there are only 2 flights of stairs!

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

RECOMMENDATION:
Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

The whole condo is available to you and the unit has a washer/dryer.

Minimum age to book is 24. The individual who books the unit must be present for the duration of the guest stay.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.

If you're concerned about needing to cancel, we strongly recommend purchasing RentalGuardian's travel insurance at check out!

Almost oceanfront!

Don’t pay oceanfront prices when you can stay here! View from balcony of ocean better than many oceanfront properties. Due to location beach was not crowded, yet close to many venues, restaurants, etc. Was thrilled at how clean condo was.

Nice Little Condo

This was a great little get away. We appreciated the abilty to not have to stay for a full week. We were able to pick our days. Four days was just right. This works great for a couple or one with a couple small kids. The only hitch was VRBO said the lock passocde would be given 3 days prior to start, but they were not given till a few hours before checkin. My phone's battery had died, so we could not get the code from the VRBO app till we fooled around a bit. It would have been nice to have the code before we left to drive there.

All you need for a beach stay; plenty of AC, TV for rainy days, steps to beach, and being close to the Fenwick line is the sweet spot.
