I stayed there for 8 weeks while in transition to a move with a new job. Each time, I stayed for 5 nights. But only one week did my room get cleaned for one day. It’s supposed to be the 3rd day only. But I never got that either except once.

This hotel definitely didn’t line up with what the pictures and the reviews depicted. The sheets were filthy, there was visible caulking on the walls, very dirty looking.

Staff was courteous but the room was not spotless. There was hair on the shower walls, marijuana buds on the floor behind the trash can (so they didnt sweep there or mop obviously), and the shower floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. I brought a bottle of bleach into the room and scrubbed the shower floor and sanitizied the bathroom before I used it and I stayed for 1 night. Staff at check in was very pleasant. I removed my linens and trash before I checked out at 7 am and left a 2$ tip. I hope they took the time I saved them and utilized it to do a better job cleaning the room. I realize corporations set unreal expectations for housekeeping staff so I try not to blame the actual hard workers who are expected to turn down a room in 13 or 23 minutes, whatever the ridiculously low handle time is..

Yes the room was neglected there was bugs, floor wasn’t cleaned properly and the connection room next door was aweful ii should have just opened the door and joined the conversation and when i checked out to express my concerns they all just looked at me like as if they didn’t care, I have stayed here once before and this time was a totally different experience and I travel to Ocala very often and thought about making this my go to hotel but not anymore

Decent rooms. A little dirty. Decent gym. You can’t take breakfast up to the room and it must be ate at the breakfast area. It was a cheap stay, so I guess what else can you expect. The staff was nigh though.
