I was in Ocala for a work trip and chose Motel 6 for distance from where I was going to be working. The room did not have a bar of soap or toilet paper. The floor was dirty and it looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a while. The staff at this location were great and were able to take care of all the issues with not problem, and responded quickly.

I don’t know how this place has a 6 out of 10 rating on Expedia . The room smelled so bad and the bugs were everywhere. I had to run to the local dollar store to get air fresheners and bug spray . The floor was sticky like it had been cleaned in forever. The worst part of it was the smell of dog urine all over the floor . Never I mean never again

The room was spacious AC was cold. But room smelled of cigarettes and smoke detectors where sealed. Parking lot is questionable at night ALOT of foot traffic. Will only stay again in case of emergency.

The reservation was made with anticipation. Once we arrive to the front desk, the lady with a terrible actitud notify me that the hotel was full for the night and there was no rooms available. In addition to the poor customer service, the only solution she offered was to contact customer service. I spend over one hour chatting with different agents and a supervisor and they could not find a solution for me neither. The worst experience I ever had with a hotel.

Reserved a room through Expedia. When I arrived the hotel stated they did not have a room available. After driving 12 hours, this was very disappointing. How are they allowed to not honor the reservation? Also, the front lobby of hotel was closed and you had to talk to clerk through a small hole. Terrible experience! Is it that unsafe in that area that they cant open the doors. Overall, very sketch!

If I could give it negative stars I would. I made a complaint but still haven't received a phone call or comp for my stay. There were cockroaches, I may have been bit by bed bugs as I have a few bites on my body. I did not have hot water either day, and the floor was dirty. I was told I would receive a phone call from the manager and I have yet to receive one.
