I was in Ocala for a work trip and chose Motel 6 for distance from where I was going to be working. The room did not have a bar of soap or toilet paper. The floor was dirty and it looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a while. The staff at this location were great and were able to take care of all the issues with not problem, and responded quickly.

Reserved a room through Expedia. When I arrived the hotel stated they did not have a room available. After driving 12 hours, this was very disappointing. How are they allowed to not honor the reservation? Also, the front lobby of hotel was closed and you had to talk to clerk through a small hole. Terrible experience! Is it that unsafe in that area that they cant open the doors. Overall, very sketch!

If I could give it negative stars I would. I made a complaint but still haven't received a phone call or comp for my stay. There were cockroaches, I may have been bit by bed bugs as I have a few bites on my body. I did not have hot water either day, and the floor was dirty. I was told I would receive a phone call from the manager and I have yet to receive one.

I arrived at 4 PM for a 3 PM check-in time. Rooms were not ready. I returned at 5 PM and was given a room key for a room. I opened the door and a dog jumped off the bed and ran towards me at the door barking. I returned to the front desk and told them what happened. They then give me another room key and when I went to open the door, there were occupants already in the room. I returned to the front desk frustrated. No one was there, but I saw two workers outside next to the pool. When I went outside to get their attention, I could smell marijuana. The one worker handed the other what looked like a joint. When we return to the front desk, I wanted my money back, but since I booked with Expedia, I was not awarded a refund. A room was still not ready for me so I went to have dinner and then returned and was given a room with two beds, but I only needed one. The shower head barely had water coming out, and it was cold. Other than that, the room was average. I will never stay at a motel six again.

Room had mold, the hotel would turn there phones off at night so you couldn’t call front desk. They put numerous people in rooms that were already occupied by others. Knowing that I was going to be an extreme late check in, I got it prepared to have my two rooms on first floor already in the system. When I got there, they put my and my disabled elderly passenger up on second floor and 3 rooms from me so it made it hard to keep an eye on him. Just unacceptable but tha lady dint care.

My room was so Spotless, Staff had came in before I arrive and set my thermostat so when I arrived my room was nice and toasty. And the next morning the ⁿ female at the front desk Angelina greeted me with a nice hot fresh cup of coffee and Mr Johnny played Bellhop and loaded my luggage for me. What a great group of workers and let's not forget JP who is always got a smile on his face and wonderful mannerisms about him self

My stay was epic. As always when I stay at this particular 6. The Staff is a force to be reckond with. Mr Johnny is always running aound doing his meet and greets with guest. Angelina always on point. Customer service Desk is always busy. How they find the time to cater to the guest the way they do is very commendable. My room was warm and toasty and smelled so fresh and clean when I arrived. And the fresh hot brewed coffee hit the spot. You did it again motel 6 conference center thank you for making us feel like family and catering to all this old ladys needs. Kudos sincerely Tamichelle S.

The staff at check in acted like it was an interuption to check us in. The first room we were assigned had no lock on the door, stained sheets. no smoke detector, smelled BADLY of cigeritte smoke, curtain falling off the window, trash all over the property. The second room we were assigned wasnt much better, stained sheets, no bath towels, no trash can in the room, the whole experiance at the hotel was unpleasent, overflowing outdoor trashcans the whole 2 days we were there, abandon vehicles in the parking lot, EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY AND UNKEPT. I've stayed at a few motel 6's over the years, but this one was the absolute worst experiance I've incountered, I have nothing good to say about my stay at this hotel.

The staff was really nice. The room was big and clean but tgere was literally nothing but the bed and the tv. There wasnt a chair to sit and eat. Youe options are sitting on the bed to eat or sitting on the floor. No microwave or refrigerator. Ive never been to a hotel without some sort of a chair, microwave or fridge. I was tgere for 4 days with work and not being able to heat something up or keep perishables cold was a pain. Front desk was friendly though.

There was no water in the shower for one day and then the hot water heater was knocked out after thatvand only a cold shower was available. The curtain on the window was not fastened properly as the hooks and fasteners were broken. There was a half inch gap under one side of the front door. Room 127.
