Bonjour, selamat siang You'll hear that calm greetings from the staffs when you are staying at this resort. I stay for two nights at pool access room, which my year old daughter really really happy for this room as she can directly splurge to the lagoon, they also give us a personalized warm welcome to my daughter as per our request. Overall, the property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast variation is huge and taste really nice, especially for the asian menu. Beach were clean even though it is not that swimmable, many patio available but not enough staffs to look after used towel, etc. One remarkable thing in our stay is the choice of Club Millesime that adds the feel of luxury when we are staying. All personel in the club lounge were hospitable and they even remember what we like to drink a day before. The only downsides are, while many personel seems really nice to us, few staffs in the hotel didn't even greet the guests when they are passing by. Also, hotel should consider giving additional activities like child club, archery, bike for free. The really weird one is making coffee in your own room will result in additional charge. Oh, and.. chef at noodle station should put a smile while serving the guest. All in all, nice stay, may be comeback in our next holiday
When arriving to the hotel, we were immediately greeted and were taken to the reception area to check in. After check in, we were met by Dewi, who was our personal point of contact while staying at the Sofitel resort. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful during our stay. We were VIP of the day and were treated as such! Dewi really helped make our honeymoon special and one of a kind!
It is one amazing hotel located in Nusa Dua Bali. Private beach, beautiful garden perfectly kept. We took the room with private pool. Minimalist design. We could not get the king size room but they managed to put together the 2 queen size ones. The kids enjoyed the huge pools which stream like a river along the rooms. Then there is the kids room and the kids pool. The food is fantastic. The selections unbelievable. Only a couple of problems. It is very big so it takes a while to get acquainted with the location and u can easily get lost looking for your room. It is a bit pricy but worth the money you pay.
I stayed in this hotel for a week. My son enjoyed playing at the kids club very much. The ladies from kids club were very friendly and helpful named Asri, juni, repin and eka also. The room also was comfortable.
Today my daughter and I were lucky enough to participate in the Sofitel Nusa Dua cultural experience. We got to dress up in traditional Balinese sarongs and were shown to the lobby by our guide Ari, who proceeded to explain the meaning behind the carved wall art surrounding the main entrance area. It took us on a journey from birth to death. We then visited the on-site temple where we were met by the local priest, who shared his philosophy and history on Balinese religion. It was a very enlightening experience and reminded us to be kind to people, and that we are all on a similar journey, and that what we do in this life, will guide us on our next journey. We were then asked to make an offering to the higher god to say thank you. I would highly recommend this experience to those wanting to find out more about the Balinese religion and traditions. Thank you Lidia for recommending this experience to us and Ari for guiding us today.
This beautiful hotel was overwhelmingly big at first impression, but after 24 hours we found it surprisingly easy to make our way around and couldn’t get over how close we were to the facilities that are on offer. All staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly at all times. A special thank you to Charlotte from France for your assistance when needed, Kweezeen Indian chef Negi for beautifully cooked Chicken Tika and waiter Sri for good service. Cucina the Italian restaurant has a lovely ambience by the swimming pool. The food exceptionally good. Once again, exceptional service with a smile. Thank you
Our stay at the Sofitel in Nusa Dua was pure bliss. The management are second to none and made us feel very special. Being our honey moon they truly delivered a wonderful experience and are always open to feedback so that they can make Sofitel Nusa Dua the best hotel in Bali. When you come to stay here I would strongly recommend you try the fine dining restaurant as the food is immaculate. The service is supreme and we just couldn’t get enough. The facilities at this hotel are world class and the pool is gigantic!! For breakfast make sure you try the noodle bar as it is cooked fresh and tastes so good. Lunch is best enjoyed at Toya - which is their beach side restaurant. We strongly recommend you book your stay here whether it be for romance or as a family.
We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely courteous and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The amenities and facilities were awesome and every aspect of the hotel was very well taken care of. Beautiful clean pools and a very short walk to the beachfront if you so desired. We loved our very relaxing stay in the sunny climate and would highly recommend.
I had fun as our trip to Bali and we took several time for going outside and explore. The Restaurant had lots of meals and the facilities made our stay more fantastic. The bed was comfortable for us. We tried the kids club and join wii sport that my son really like it and always want to go back and play. The teacher was great i love Asri,Juni, Septa and Purna They were fantastic..
We've been to Bali and like to enjoy the beach for sometimes. Especially had a treatment at gazebo. Additionally me and my husband love to explore ourselves around by walking by the beach and during that time our children having a nice play also enjoy gymnastic at kids club as well as duck duck goose indoor games. My children love to stay in kids club where the teacher take a good care Asri ... Will return back again
