I don't consider it 5 stars! They don't do extra things for you, what you see is what you get. The rooms feel dated, breakfast is really good. You get to bottles of water a day, if you need more you refill in the lobby. The spa is nothing to write home about. It appears to me that this property is not managed well. The location is great, and the beach is beautiful. Most restaurants are outdoors, it is really hot and mosquitoes are plenty. The Balinese restaurant is amazing, beautiful, great service and food. Prices are really high in this resort even more than really fancy places in Ubud.

One of many large factory hotels on the beach in Nusa Dua. Spotty wifi, A/C hard to control even with thermostat - ON or OFF. Not much to do in this area and travel to other parts of Bali takes ages due to traffic. No pork in the restaurant even though the island is predominantly Hindu and they eat pork. Was told because the manager and owner are Muslim but 99% of guests are not.
The setting and facilities of the resort are beautiful. The staff is so kind and friendly.
We loved everything about the hotel. For a facility that has been around for so long it has been well maintained. The rooms were clean and the only thing I had an issue with was that the bathroom would flood because the room was slopped. Other than that we enjoyed the well maintained grounds, the beach, the food and the restaurants. I used the spa facilities and they were excellent.
The staff *misplaced* my north face jacket during cleaning and have yet to get back to me but aside from that; they are some of the nicest people. The food at each restaurant is incredible. You're located on a strip next to many other resorts, so going to other restaurants is an easy thing to do. The facility is clean and spacious, the breakfast is free and so so good, some of the best I've had in Bali. I would definitely stay again.
