Biggest downside the rooms were very hot no air conditioning in the rooms we were told at check in only allowed one fan therefore uncomfortable at night Hairs in shower and shower walls which let it down

Not the room booked

Specifically booked a double bed room with a sofa bed which was an extra charge. Allocated a twin room two single beds and no sofa bed plus a adjoining connecting door. Therefore the sound proofing from the room next door was momimal leading to being woken up at 5.30am with next nextsoor.rooms alarm. Door handle to the bathroom was falling off and generally the bathroom and room was in a very old and tired decoration.

I asked the Reception if there was a guide on how to set the heater she said that someone would take a look.I also asked how to you turn on the towel rail in the bathroom I was told it is only there for looks and does not get hot, which did seem odd as it is connected into a socket and it is the only source of heat in the bathroom so our showers were taken quickly .Then during the night i had to turn the heater off as it was so hot so i dont think it was looked at.
