All the staff members were very nice and professional.

Booked this hotel for the second time within a year of each other because of indoor pool and location. Both times the pool was closed when I arrived. This time the heat/cool system in room did not work either. Very bad sleep conditions!

Convenient location in Norton. Pretty standard Holiday Inn. No complaints.

Hotel was not 30 miles from Bristol, TN like it said it was

The hotel was nice, was kind of surprised not to find a microwave or fridge in the room, and no continential breakfast kind of sucked

Friendly and overall good. Comfortable and affordable.

The address listed for the hotel said Northeast so when we used GPS, we were about 10 minutes away from destination and ended up in a not so good part of town. I'd have that corrected for future business.

Beds were very uncomfortable. No breakfast comp at a holiday inn was not normal. Ate at restaurant and food was poor

Good location, good food, well prepared in the restaurant (breakfast & dinner), friendly staff.

The "Quiet Room" I reserved was anything but. There is a road not 15 feet from the room and coal trucks rumble and squeak by all night. Right next to the road, there are train tracks with traffic guaranteed to wake you up if you ever DO manage to fall asleep Who plannned this?? They should offer free ear plugs. The WiFi was slower than Christmas. They also cut the food offerings in the restaurant in half the day I arrived, leaving only up scaled price offerings.

Beds were uncomfortable and the noise from outside kept me up for most of the night. It was dump trucks hitting their breaks before the traffic light. Plus I reserved 2 king bedrooms and got 2 dbl beds. [...]
