I’ve been visiting Tuscaloosa a few times a year since 2018 to visit my kids in school. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed! It is an adorable old house that has been beautifully updated. Everything is top notch . . . High end linens and furnishings, comfortable king beds, beautiful bathrooms, big stocked kitchen with adorable coffee bar. The front and back porches are delightful. We walked to dinner, shops, bakery, and Mark’s mart. The host is super kind and helpful when needed. The home is on a busy road so you do hear traffic, but there are wonderful noise machines in each bedroom. I did not hear the traffic at all with those noise machines on when I went to bed. We visited over an away football game weekend. The police escorted football team drove right by the house after the team flew home . . . A great surprise! Roll Tide!

We loved this place. It was very clean and welcoming from the time we got there. The host was very responsive and took care of any question or concern. The beds were very comfortable and the house was just right for our visit to Tuscaloosa. Everything we needed was there for our use andcomfort. It was a 5-10 min drive to Tuscaloosa and very convenient for the location. The train added an interesting flair but was just once per day and in the evenings. The back yard was nice but unable to enjoy it due tothe weather. If you are looking to grill or cook in, I would highly recommend Marks Mart (walking distance) for their chicken swirls and pork chops with potatoes- delicious. We will certain look to rebook next time we visit Tuscaloosa!!

We really loved the charm of being able to view the "Roll Tide Bridge" and the bathrooms are amazing! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
