Our time at the Staybridge was mostly wonderful. Breakfast was DELICIOUS every day. As a vegan, I often struggle to find options at hotels, but I had quite a few options for breakfast. In terms of employees, Patrick went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Thank you, Patrick! There were also negatives, however, like the stains on the bathroom door and the garbage we found beneath the cushions of the sofa. Since there is no regular housekeeping, as well, it would be nice if the hotel provides more trash bags in the rooms.

Pretty much a hotel is a hotel - but it's the PEOPLE who make a hotel a HOME away from home. The front desk personnel at the Staybridge Suites (Chantilly) *never* failed to welcome us in - with the extra perk of fresh flowers on a pedestal by a bare lobby wall, fragrant air freshener gently wafting a soft scent, and unobtrusive, easy listening/classic music totally created a calm we've never-ever had at any other hotel. We actually *saw* the cleaning staff dusting/mopping common area floors - and use touch-up paint to keep the property looking pristine and fresh. Even though it was during "cicada season," obvious efforts were made to keep the entrance and lobby free of the creatures. There's a nice walking path around a lake, and air traffic noise from Dulles International was not at all evident.

I like that they offer great breakfast and a few days of the week they do happy hour with snacks and drinks .. our stay was very pleasant..
They provide dinner Mon - Wed which is nice and the staff was nice and friendly. Great customer service.

Our stay was great! We came together from multiple states. Great to see family and to discover different parts of DC area. Hiking at Great Falls was awesome. Staybridge was perfect accommodations!
