There was a very rude lady/girl working the front desk the morning of 12/22/21 that should find a new job where she isn't dealing with customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Just putting callers on hold on the phone and chatting with co workers while the people wait. Not a helpful person at all!
Staff was outstanding and hotel was awesome. Abraham was far above excellent in his customer service.

Extremely clean, rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed such as a microwave and mini fridge. Excellent COVID precautions taken and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Sarah at the front desk was awesome. Top notch. The room and beds were very comfortable. We wiped down and sanitized everything and found that the bathroom wasnt up to par (cleanliness). The floors need to be cleaned/mopped. And the counter top needed to be wiped down. Other than that, we will be staying here again.
I enjoyed my stay at this property. The atmosphere was quiet and very friendly. I am amazed at the cleanliness of the property, as well as, my room. I would definitely stay at the property again.
Place is great. It always is. Its my go to hotel in the Woodbridge area always. Rooms are great quality for the money you pay, especially the king suite.

Great hotel! The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, although not included in the rate, was really good. It was a nice breakfast buffet with made to order omelets or french toast. They had a make it yourself waffle iron. Yummy! We will definitely stay there again when we visit Woodbridge!
There for a graduation. Booked through Orbitz and the wrong number of nights were held. Mgr fixed problem immediately!
