It was a great place to stay. You can stay with children but is not family friendly.

Needs a refresh to draw people in. I do not gamble, but hotels in Shreveport are way overpriced. This was not convenient location-wise, but the price not so high. I thought it was fake pretentious with the decor and didn’t reflect shreveport/Bossier at all. It’s a Ceasar’s property and it made me think that I wouldnt want to stay at Ceasar’s in Vegas. A Lot of potential, but why bother. It’s Bossier City.

The stay was great, but at checkout the customer service was terrible borderline disrespectful..

I liked the central location to work some restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always out but did not have anything hot yet. The hotel is outdated but very clean

The Remington is a unique boutique hotel that could be quite attractive with some better amenities. The breakfast bar is a limited cold item offering below the level of even the most budget-conscious chain that includes a morning breakfast. WiFi and TV connection was weak and subject to intermittent loss of signal. TV service is a ROKU streaming box that probably is fine for anyone familiar with it but frustrating to someone unfamiliar with the service or the remote control. All I wanted was local broadcast news, but could never find it. Wasn’t really interested in streaming news reports from East and West Coast cities that weren’t current, but those were the options easily accessible via Roku. Hotel has a nice bar but no food service, bar snacks or even nibbles like popcorn, peanuts, pretzels, etc. Front desk receptionist pulled multiple duties, including bartender and valet parking. Things like this keep the property from fulfilling its possibilities.
