Good location (within biking distance from Provincetown). Quiet and peaceful. Close to the beach. And mostly good price.
Just outside of the town line, short run or ride into town, nice beach and views.
Low price in a high priced area (maybe because it was off season), so we kept our expectaions low, but they were greatly exceeded when we arrived. Small, but neat, clean, all the amenities, comfy and cozy: we thought of it as our bungalow by the beach and wished we could have stayed longer. The beach was right out the back, about 50 yards over a sandy path & a low sand dune berm. It was a self-check-in, with key in a lock box by the door, and the owner emailed us the combination before we arrived. Also, we had our own assigned parking place near our door. Great value!
