Exquisitely charming historic cottage located directly on the water. Have breakfast on your private deck as the sun rises, kayak/paddle board in the calm bay, enjoy long quiet walks on the beach, have a glass of wine and watch the sun set over Provincetown, and then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean and seagulls. A peaceful oasis close to the galleries, restaurants, and shops of Provincetown.

The communications with Tony were great. It is a cozy bungalow with everything for a simple stay. The only downside was the proximity to the highway meant you could still hear some of the traffic noise.

We so enjoyed our stay. The place is great for 2 people, is so quaint and right on the beach! Cant beat that. Very clean and very comfortable. A beautiful spot overall, far removed from the town. A few caveats: it is on a main road so you hear the bus going by all the time (can’t avoid it really because there isn’t much land at that point of the Cape anyways). And it also wasn’t as private as advertised, in reality, there are two other cottages pressed right next to this one so you have to get cozy with the neighbors. Otherwise, the cottage itself is neat and tidy, the front porch is a nice spot to hang out and watch the ocean. About 10 minutes of driving from P-town. The beach is right down the stairs from the porch.
