We were told we had a dune view,room wasct actually not on the resort property,,overlooking Rte 6 Very noisy.. THE ROOM WAS OK,SPACIOUS, MODERN. The deck was between 2 rooms and had people smoking cigarettes and weed, On.either side.It was quite a distance from the water. We definitely would have preferred a different room.

The property is ok. Access to water and bus makes it ok . The building is dated . Electricity needs updating . Door deadbolt was not functional or had any extra secure lock . Window did not close shut or lock. Very musty smell but to be expected ?

The staff member we encountered upon check-in was dismissive, rude and not friendly. She seemed to be annoyed by my party asking if there were any rooms available together. She was annoyed when we asked for an extra set of towels because there were only two sets in the room for 3 guests. The towels themselves were not the most clean. The rooms were fine minus the constant drip of the water from the tub. Overall, the rooms were fine, but the customer service was so bad, we will not be staying there again.

Location was fantastic with the view from our second floor room of both the dunes to the east and Provincetown to the west. It is right on the bay beach. You can walk to the water without crossing a road. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The environment here is damp and the property showed that a little bit. The room was a musty and the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. But it was a very short drive to the center of P-town, it had comfortable beds, it was quiet, it suited our needs. If you need a fancier place you will have to pay more in this area. Otherwise Blue Sea is a fine choice.
