The room was not ready, the tv didn't work, three people tried to get it to work and after 20 or more minutes I went to the desk to ask for a different room. After ten or more minutes of not being able to find a room that was ready to move to, one of the guys said he got the tv to work. I declined to move back to that room expecting the tv to have the same problem, and asked for a new room. After another five or so minutes of not being able to find another, I told the manager to forget it and that I would get a room across the street, which I did. That hotel was not ready for occupancy and should not have booked guests. Please don't try to charge my credit card as I will not pay for a room that was not ready.
