First room they checked me in had a nasty smell and it looked like something had been splattered on a large portion of the ceiling. Did something bad happen here? I think the ceiling is just falling apart in small little pot marks at a time. They gave me a different room. Didn't smell this time put someone needs to wipe some black crud off the wall be the heating unit. Caulking around sink area was terribly applyied and had dirt or mold in it around faucet area. This is the 4th time I've stayed here and put up with all the loose ends but now there are a lot better options in the area for my next viist to North Platte.

The staff was short and sarcastic. The rooms were dirty. My hotel room literally had a broken toliet seat and no toilet paper. Overall, just a sad experience. I am really sad.

We were in room 157, the bed by the wall is broken, the mattress almost flipped over, the drain in tub was real slow, the little box of soap on the bathroom counter, was used and put back in the opened box, the tv service was sketchy at best. The picture kept going out. I left a note for whomever, in the room. We've stayed there numerous times, and have always been ok, this time was different.

Family get together

Stayed for three nights with my granddaughters it was so nice it felt like more than just a hotel room, we loved having separate spaces. There is a wonderful continental breakfast with great choices and a very clean comforatble place to eat with a fireplace. The pool and hot tub are at a good temperature and the is free laundy if you need ro was clothes. I would stay at this hotel again.
