Good place to have a night in the middle of a storm

It was clean & comfortable. The staff was super friendly!

We had an very nice stay at Quality Inn, our room and the whole Inn were spotless and the room was very roomy and nice. We would stay there again. :)

I booked this hotel because we wanted to try something different than our usual Holiday Inn Express or Wyndham hotels. Our room was very cramped. The bathroom was tiny and the first room they put us in didn't have any hot water. The lady in the room across the hall didn't have any hot water also. The receptionist was kind enough to move us to the room next door after confirming that there was hot water available. The pool was very small and cold. The hot tub was removed and turned into a flower bed. The breakfast area had too much seating that the guests were tripping over each other trying to get a cup of coffee or some toast. The food was good and the coffee was okay. The beds were not comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I would suggest that they pay the little extra to stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the street because it's totally worth a few bucks more.

Upon arriving at our room and opening the door, it felt like opening an oven door. It had to have been close to 90+ degrees in there. First time I have ever turned an ac unit on in December when it was already in the teens outside. Which by the way, the ac/heat unit had not been dusted in probably over a year. Other than those two incidents, the room was rather clean otherwise and the furnishing very comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and considerant.

Easy access off interstate with gas station across. Hotel clean but room size small for the money

Used this hotel as place to stay before viewing Total Eclipse of Sun 2017, about 30 minutes north near Tryon Nebraska. It was a nice place, with some fun nearby attractions.

Stayed one night while traveling. Everything was fine---clean, comfortable bed.

Don't be fooled by the two star rating! This motel was clean & comfy & the three of us who stayed here were very impressed. My husband found the shower head to be so amazing that he took two showers! I would stay here, again, in a heartbeat!

Room was nice and comfortable. The shower was only Luke warm. Nobody was attending breakfast and they were out of everything. The lady at front desk had to get stuff for breakfast. Good location. Room was updated. Nice staff.

This hotel uses online bookers to unload its smoking rooms at discounted rates. READ THE ROOM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. If you wanted a NON-smoking room and overlooked the fine print they will charge you to switch rooms so you will end up paying a rate as high as the most expensive hotels in town. VERY DECEPTIVE.

Rom was ok, bed was terrible. Way too soft. Neither my wife nor I got any sleep. It was also over priced for North Platt. We stayed in a LaQuinta in Denver for less money an a room that was 100% better. We are going back to North Platte today and will not stay there.

My wife and I spent the night here after a long day of driving as we were relocating for work. We were looking forward to a clean place to get a few hours of sleep, but unfortunately what we found was a dirty hotel room. I immediately noticed that there was used soap and shampoo in the shower. Then my wife pulled back the sheets on the bed only to find that it was full of hair. The staff brought us a new set of sheets, but at that point, neither one of us felt comfortable. The wireless internet was extremely slow as well. I had a good connection on my laptop, but some pages would not even load. It should not have been an issue of bandwidth since I was trying to use it at 1am. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Wasn't our first choice because we stayed at a another chain before. That place raised its rates for the summer and is outrageous for a room. We usually choose Comfort Inns. This one is a Comfort Inn that was converted from another chain. A little lower type property than the usual Comfort Inn but ok.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was warm and a good size. The staff called the room to make sure everything was to our liking. The only problem we had was at the free breakfast. The room was too small to seat all the guests so we had to take our food back to the room and eat. They also had trouble keeping the food containers full during service times.

Horrible stay, I never got my wake up call-I set the alarm as a back up but since the clock had the wrong time on it I was never woken (i.e. Clock said 12pm when it was 12am) I could hear my neighbors throughout the hall

we chose this hotel for a one night overnight on a road trip to California. it was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a short drive off the I-80 exit at North Platte, easy to locate. We appreciate the newer, thicker mattresses and extra pillows. it was a good value for the Money. The Continental breakfast was pretty standard, my husband does appreciate the sausage gravy and biscuits when there is no other protein choice.

Wow, that's quite the list of issues associated with your stay. We normally receive good comments and understand when something occasionally does not go according to planned. The bathroom is similar to other major hotel brands that separate the bathroom and shower from the vanity outside across in order for the remainder of your party to take advantage of the sink, mirror, hairdryer without the fog and odor. When planning future renovations we will be taking a room out to free up more breakfast space. Although hotels are not restaurants over the years the expectations are similar to one however so it has created space concerns at times when everyone decides to come down at once. That can even happen when more space is available from my personal experience at other hotels. The pool is actually similar to other brands pools. We do have rooms with Jacuzzi tubs in addition to bathrooms so that might be an option if interested and available for approximately $60 less than the HI Ex. A little more than a few bucks in North Platte. Advice to others, please compare.

Thank you for your comments. Our rooms meet Choice/Comfort Inn standard sizes depending on the room type. Rates at ours and other major branded hotels are determined on seasonal supply and demand and based on the local and regional events and attractions associated with North Platte. Size of room is not a factor when rates are determined.
