The renovations were very nice. Front staff friendly. Great location. But the room was NOT CLEAN, coffee cup ring that had not been wiped because neither night stand had been wiped down. Dirt and debris behind furniture and some powder on the bathroom floor that had not been cleaned. We booked this hotel because it had a POOL but it was CLOSED. Why were we not notified that the pool was closed or offered a discount?The breakfast needs healthy options like fresh fruits. We did enjoy the women who prepared the breakfast. She was great

Amenities- we called prior to booking and were told the hot tub and pool were in working order. When we got here to check In we were told they were not working. Not very happy as we had multiple people boom at this hotel and we were not compensated anything.

Breakfast was fresh good scrambled eggs and sausage and had variety of other things but no hard boiled eggs. Clean room, keurig in room, comfy bed. Elevator not working in the morning. Not a big deal for us as we had minimal luggage so we used the stairs.

The room was nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He mentioned that the room had been remodeled this past summer. However, the bathroom was disappointing. The paint was peeling around the tub. There were dark spots around the caulking. There was rust around the drain.
Black spots in the shower that appeared to be mold.
