Tip Of The Town Fresh and New 3 Bedroom Nest

Enjoy what North East has to offer while staying near the heart of this quaint little town. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy and newly renovated house. The house has brand new appliances, workspace office locations in all 3 bedrooms, large tv in the living room, and much more. Very convenient to Route 40 and I-95.
The space
Totally new and renovated in 2024, Tip of The Town property sits about 50 yards off a main (sometimes busy) road at the tip of the town. Just a quick drive OR walk to the town with two turns! There is a very large driveway that can accomodate boats/trailers. The Schlage keypad deadbolt lock ensures security and easy access for the guest. The comfortable and cozy home is exhibited with a upscale modern decor that will make you feel like you're walking right into a brand new model home.

The master bedroom is on the first floor, with attached office and full bathroom. The second floor features a bunk bed room (double and twin mattress) and additional queen bedroom, tempurpedic bed, with office space. There is another full bathroom on second floor.

There are two slider doors on the main level which lead to the large back deck. On the back deck is a patio set with umbrella to enjoy the weather. Check out our new Blackstone Grill! And if you happen to be driving an Electric Vehicle, we've got you covered- charger included.

Groceries are conveniently located in two places just about 2 miles away, Food Lion and Walmart. If you enjoy WaWa and Royal Farms, they are a stone's throw away. There are some great coffee shops around but we also have a drip coffee pot that can make pots or single cups!

North East is known for its many walkable restaurants and shops. I grew up in this town so feel free to ask for any recommendations- I have plenty!
Guest access
**Sheets and towels ARE provided

New Electric Vehicle outlet installed with private code for use if needed!

The kitchen has a new dishwasher (pods included), freezer on bottom refrigerator with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave.

Parking in driveway with EV charging outlet.
Other things to note
We have 2 small security cameras outside the front and back doors for security and check in assistance purposes. We'd love nothing bad to happen, but in case it does, we will view the camera data. We want every guest to enjoy their stay and feel secure as well as enjoy a feeling of privacy. We'd rather watch the sunset than watch the Blink camera.

No Smoking in unit, No Parties.

Please note: The person booking this unit must be at least 25 years of age and be physically present for the duration of the booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of the stay. The maximum number of 6 guests is a strict, enforceable rule. An excess cleaning fee may be charged if an excessive cleaning is needed or damage is discovered.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The home is so close to I-95 / Route 40 / centrally located near shopping / gas stations etc. The layout is exactly what a family trip needs. Master Suite on first floor and two separate bedrooms upstairs. Our family enjoyed catching up and chatting by table side in the shade on the rear deck. Everything appears BRAND NEW! A strong recommend *****!

Great location for the family

We truly enjoyed staying at this location and would highly recommend others stay here as well. The home was clean and exactly like the listing described. There was a train that passes by and we could hear the whistle blowing at night, which reminded us of home and made us feel that much more comfortable. The host, Ashley, was very responsive to messages and so kind.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed at this home for a long business trip weekend! It was very clean, modern, and extremely relaxing. They had little games for entertainment, and all the necessities for cooking meals. We really had a great time, slept amazing, and enjoyed the town, which was walking distance! The owner’s were attentive and communicative the whole stay. We would highly recommend this home for any stays in the area, and we will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Property is newly renovated and has everything you need. Very clean and conveniently located near food and stores. Our stay included traveling to Chesapeake Inn Restaurant and Marina to experience their cruises, dine at the restaurant, and enjoy their annual car show- this property was maybe 15-20 mins away from Chesapeake City. Ashley provided great instructions for check-in and check-out, and we had no issues at the property at all. We even used the Blackstone to make breakfast Saturday morning, 10/10!

Check-in was easy. The house was ultra clean with new appliances. I could tell the house had been recently renovated, and I appreciated how tastefully it had been decorated. We weren’t in town long enough to do much cooking, so I’m not sure about needed pots and pans.

Awesome Renovation Immaculate Property

Gorgeous renovated property with many amenities for a great stay. Owners really created a beautiful home very comfortable for our family in town for parents weekend at U Del. Only negatives are location close to road and not near many attractions and slight sulfur smell to water that improved during stay. Bedrooms could benefit from nightstands. None of these would prevent us from staying again. Renovations make this one of nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed in.

Nicely Renovated Home

Home was very nice. We chose this location to be close to family. We had family over where we stayed, for dinner and games. That is when we find out we were low on many things. It seems like the home was prepared for only two people to stay there because we said there would only be two of us. Pricing was high. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Best quick stay cation

We booked this place as we wanted to try something different for once. We have stayed in hotels for the last 18yrs when we travel and wanted to try something different for once. The pictures and reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. When i tell u that the pictures don't lie, this place was exactly as described. We enjoyed being here. The home is a small gem. Its kept clean n very well organized n we felt like we were home away from home. The host was amazing n easy to communicate with. Definitely booking again as we travel alot.

We had a lovely stay. The home was spotless, everything was in great working order and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. It was a good landing spot to do things in the area. Our only recommendation would be to bring a sound machine if you have any light sleepers. The home is located on a very busy road and it can get noisy. This is out of the home owner's control, so it did not affect our overall review of the home itself. Ashley was super easy to connect with on questions and had great recommendations for food and fun in the area.
