I mean for me personally, I loved it because of so much space. So much room, and it was comfortable. As for the parking ‘’. It sucked. I came to my room late from work , and couldn’t find parking . So I had to find parking and then walk to my room

This was our third time staying at this particular hotel in the last 10 years so we have a history to compare it to. It will be the last time we stay here. For the room price and the options that you have to DEPEND on the hotel staff to provide for you in a timely manner, it wasn't worth it. Nice property to look at though

The property is beautiful, the staff is great. I love this property for an occasional get away. I rank them as a 3 star PURELY because of the surprise resort fee on check in. My Orbtiz reservation did not show this fee. This is a premier property, it is a shame that a nice property nickel and dimes vs simply having clear pricing. I would have happily paid the total price including the fee, it just feels slimy to have a surprise $35 fee on check in for things that are a normal part of a booking (wifi etc.) Just be transparent and include the fee in booking, a resort like this shouldnt have to do slimy gotcha fees

Very nice place... old fashioned and well kept

Hotel very nice but small rooms. We booked a queen and were upgraded to a king. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel within walking distance to most attractions. Front door to hotel locked after 10pm due to outside area. Security at front door during the day. Lots of homeless people along 3rd ave but they kept to themselves.
