Clean room in general, however in bathroom there are some dusty spots. Since these are hot springs, I would like to learn more about the composition of the water, including which minerals and elements it contains and what makes these waters unique. Information such as mineral content, therapeutic properties, and any potential health benefits would be very helpful. However, I was unable to find any details or informational signs about the water composition anywhere in the pool area or on the premises.

For the price of the hotel room, the rooms are fairly dated and not much better than your average motel/hotel. It doesn’t feel like you’re paying to stay at a resort. Additionally, the spa left a lot to be desired. While our massage itself was wonderful, the waiting area, amenities, and spa receptionists were not relaxing or inviting. Overall, for the price, we would’ve rather stayed somewhere else and forgone the hot springs.

We were disappointed to find about 10 stink bugs in our room upon arrival. My husband had to remove them before we could settle in and relax. It would be helpful if rooms were checked more carefully for pests prior to guest arrival.

We found two items covered in blood. One of them was a pillow. One of them was a robe. Furniture in the room is really decaying, our furniture split in half. A bit disappointing overall pillows are not great. I think this place needs a new pillows ASAP. The bartender is amazing knows his stuff and really welcoming. We noticed that they are heavily understaffed coffee shop in the morning supposed to be open. If a person called in sick they have no one covering. Foot selection is limited. I wish they stayed open later. Nothing to eat after 9 PM. My personal opinion for a resort It needs to have options.

Our room facing the woods with private hot tub was wonderful. It was quiet, spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel was clean and had new furnishings that gave it a more modern appearance. Some of the hotel felt dated but over all it was a nice hotel. The restaurant had a limited menu and full bar. We ate there twice over our long weekend and the food was delicious and the service staff were friendly. We will stay here again for sure.
