More attention and resources need to be placed into this resort and could rival Skamania Lodge at a better price and location. Skamania is not worth the exorbitant prices they charge but Bonneville needs to invest a little more that will go a long way.

Loved the hot tubs and really nice floors in the bathroom but when we got here the hot tub was still being serviced and there was a employee in the room even tho it was marked clean when we showed up in the employee was in the room he was sitting in a chair out on the deck no one had vaccumed and there was hand prints on the patio glass sliding door

We enjoyed everything that was open. We love your beds!! We wanted to use the cold plunge but was closed. Your showers in the main pool were out of service, but we understand that you are just starting to reopen again. Love your main pool and sauna. We loved breakfast in the morning. Our server was awesome!! hopefully you will continue to open the outside rivers fountains and jacuzzi, and cold plunge so we can come back and try.

Great Resort with excellent service, comfortable beds. if you are arriving late, and is looking for something to eat. Stop somewhere else before arriving. The restaurant closes early. The Resort is about 20 min from Multnomah Falls .

Set in the woods, this retreat was great for a last night of our vacation. Relaxing body soak and wrap. Comfy beds. Wish we had the hot tub on our balcony as was promised for reservation. Good breakfast. Whole property needs update.
We enjoyed the center cobblestone fireplace on a rainy day.

From the moment we got there, the refrigerator went out. We asked for a new one, it was brought up. It ended up leaking everywhere I had to clean up the mess. Went downstairs and told them about it and asked them if they could finish cleaning up the mess and bring us a new refrigerator. I was told they did not have a refrigerator and we would have to deal with it. I had to ask for towels every day and go get them myself. Never did room service, come in and clean up anything. We stayed there five days and five nights, never did somebody come in and dust our sweet or change the bedding. Even though I ask for it every single day, not the bedding, but at least new towels. Spent very expensive money on the dining there.They're restaurant in the hotel. Two of our meals, we're ruined by the.Refrigerator. The bed looks like it's been gnawed on by something. When we got there, the room was dirty. It has spider webs everywhere on the inside.And the outside. Which I cleaned that up when I got there. The bathroom is very old has holes everywhere. When you pay a five star price for a resort and spa, you expect to get five star treatment.

Two stars ** for the hotel, five stars ***** for the restaurant! Not the most well run / customer focused destination. Some of the front desk staff were "curt" and weren't that helpful during check-in, but the overworked night guy was great. (Kudos for him!) Rooms & furnishings were "basic" for the price. The room didn't have bathrobes. The pool didn't have towels during adult swim hours in the evening. The waters in the pool and hot tub were dirty. The entryway fireplace / ceiling height is impressive, but the hotel's decor is substandard. They need a real interior designer to bring the standards up to level. The main standout, the restaurant was great for dinner, especially the crab cakes and roasted chicken!

Despite numerous signs asking people to shower before entering the pool, sauna or hot tub, none of the showers in the indoor pool facility functioned. While everyone on staff was universally friendly, they did not provide needed information. For example no maid service in rooms with multi day stays, they only clean when you check out. Unless you request in advance, which they do not tell you. I stopped a maid to be told "I don't have the staff to service everyone's rooms" Many years ago, this was considered a rustic retreat, but they are trying to be viewed as more upscale, and it isn't working.

We came and the front desk was not friendly. Then I called an hour ahead to ask for a robe. It didn’t come so I went downstairs and asked the front desk only for him to ignore me and say “it can take 1 min or it can take 10” then proceeded to wait 30 min before getting one. The sauna, outdoor pool, kids pool and cold plunge was also all not working.
