"I would have given all 5 stars to this hotel. While I would like to point out one incident that was not welcoming. This was when I was checking in and I was almost done with it in between the conversations. The lady from front door started screaming that I am block the way… in fact I was not blocking and there were other two cars on my side they didn’t matter to her. And the person behind was not actually wanted to leave, they were checking in and wanted to take my spot. The lady created panic everywhere, I had rush to see that car behind does not intent to go but to stop. I wish hotel management trains their folks. They have great staff lady at the pool spa is great communicator and awesome in hospitality she should actually lead organizations mannerisms towards guests."
