Old barn renovated into 2 adjoining gîtes, located in the heart of a family farm (dairy cows, free-range poultry), 100 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Nantes and 34 km from Ancenis.
Terrace and open garden of 150 m² facing south, and access to the common orchard of 5000 m² (portico and bowling green installed in spring 2024).
Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), bathroom, separate WC and laundry room.
Floor: 2 attic bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 beds).
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed on request, hairdryer.
Included: electricity, pellet heating and sheets (beds made on arrival).
Not included: bathroom linen (7€/pers.) and tourist tax.
Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (70€).
