Un gite dans lequel nous n'avons pas pu dormir

je ne peux répondre à votre demande de retour d'expérience car je n'ai pas pu dormir dans le gîte réservé puisque votre service de gestion n'avait enregistré pas que ce gîte n'était plus loué à cette date. J'avais pourtant reçu une confirmation et mon paiement avait été débité. Le manque d'amabilité et de prise en charge de notre demande par votre employé (le premier) a été déplorable. Je me suis retrouvée sans logement pour la nuit avec mes deux enfants dans une ville inconnue. Cela aurait dû me valoir un dédommagement pour préjudice ou pour vente mensongère. C'était la première fois que je faisais appel à votre société, inutile de vous dire que ce sera la dernière. Je ferai une publicité pour ABRITEL à la mesure du préjudice en mettant l'accent surtout sur votre manque d'organisation et de prise en compte des besoins de vos clients. Un peu de professionnalisme ne nuirait pas à votre entreprise. S. Lescouzères

Poubelles non vidées Linge sale dans la panière Draps déchirés absence de housse de couette Sanitaires et douches partiellement fonctionnels Ampoules manquantes dans la salle de bain et la chambre Installation électrique avec fils apparents à certains endroits
