Staff were amazing. Clean hotel. Such polite and helpful people working here. The open plan bathroom was not as terrible as I thought I started to like it. Room had a air purifier - quiet. Everything worked. Loved it.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at Hotel de la Cité. The hotel was easy to find and well situated with transport links nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The interior design of the hotel as well as the decor of the room was very nice. The room was also clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Very good hotel with great staff

Very nice hotel. We had large and very comfortable room. The lighting at the one end of the room was not ideal. The garbage and recycling was small for empty water bottles. Very good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. We had an issue for a plug for hairdryerand extended cord to front door outlet. The use of paper cups in the roomwas interesting but glasses at water station in the lobby. Overall great accommodating staff.
