Former stable renovated into a gîte, respecting the original structure, in a quiet location, 10 km from Ancenis and the banks of the Loire, and 800 m from a recreational area with a beach, equipped and supervised in July/August (barbecue, picnic tables, children's games, etc.). Owners' house on the same site.
Private parking in front of the gîte.
Private terrace (south/west facing) and shared access to the owners' enclosed garden.
Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room (pellet stove), sofa bed in the living room, shower room/toilet.
Mezzanine floor: 2 double beds (140x190cm) + 2 single beds (90x190cm).
Amenities included: baby bed.
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity, pellets (€10 per 15kg bag for approximately 2 days).
Pets upon request. Non-smoking gîte.
Optional services to be paid for on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €70.04 per stay
