Former farmhouse renovated into two adjoining gîtes (total capacity 11 people), located in a peaceful rural setting, 5 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Lake Vioreau, 35 km from Ancenis, and 40 km from Nantes (accessible by tram/train from Nort-sur-Erdre station).
Private parking on the property.
Private 72 m² terrace (south-east facing), unfenced, with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together), shower room, separate WC, and laundry room.
First floor: two attic bedrooms (each with two 90x200 cm beds) and a shower room/WC.
Amenities included: cot/high chair, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi. Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
