The location was amazing. I couldn’t ask for anything better but the weather. Had a fantastic stay. Would recommend and the plans are to visit again.
Hotel customer service was great. Lobby stink like weed and carpet needs deep cleaning. My room drainage was slow.
The room was great!!! Clean and smelled great upon walking in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a room on the very top floor and was on the corner of the hotel. Had a great view of the ocean , the pool area, and the bar thats connected to the hotel. Enjoyed the balcony views.

Great hotel, Right on the boardwalk! Nice room and balcony, be sure to ask for room on upper floors because restaurant could block your view. Had a little trouble checking in because room wasn't ready but understandable with short staff. Will definitely book again
Great location. We had a queen suite, very nice size. Carpet and furniture are stained. They only service a room after 3 days of your stay, our stay was friday through monday. Dont even think about getting towels exchanged they dont have enough!! No place to hang a towel so it can dry out other than the back of furniture, over balconey, or over bathroom door. Saw a roach in our room, it crawled under the carpet between the wall and carpet. Needs a huge update. Always smelled of smoke in hallway. We paid for location and thats it.

It was perfect for a little get away
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. There were multiple sketchy looking characters standing around the front of the hotel when we pulled in. The lobby was fithy and cramped. No one seemed to know what was going on. The staff were very friendly but didn't really know much. We asked a simple question about how we get our car from the valet if it's after they're gone (operate until 10pm) and they didn't know the answer and said to not use the valet and park ourselves. Found out later on that it was about a 1 minute walk to the valet parking lot and we could have easily walked to get it after 10pm. There was a cockroach in the elevator on the way up to the room, which was fun. The rooms were clean and quiet (except for some weird looking stains on the couch which we avoided) and the bed was comfortable. We didn't stay in the room except to quickly change clothes and sleep and it was just fine. The restaurant was packed but we put our name in and waited since they said it would be about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, we went to cancel our reservation (we were going to a concert and only had 1hr 15 minutes to eat). From what we saw of the restaurant, it was filthy and I was fine with not eating there. We ended up getting a pizza at the place next door which was good. We only stayed one night but if we ever went back to VA Beach, we would absolutely pay more to stay somewhere else. AVOID!!!
The views are spectacular. The service from the front desk and staff was amazing. When there was some issues they jumped on making it right immediately and didn't get attitudes or anything. Very nice and professional.
It is a very nice hotel to stay at. It has been updated and your can tell it has been maintained well in the past years. Balcony view was great and it is near many attractions places to eat.
This was a perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy a one-night stay on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was located close to the beach, we enjoyed the boardwalk. There could be a few more renovations. No complaints about this hotel. We enjoyed our stay!
