The toilet barely flushed, the light was half out in the bathroom and I could not apply makeup. The lower part of the toilet had stains and was probably not cleaned well due to the poor lightning. The air conditioner did not cool the room to sleep. I moved hotels and the reviews did not appropriately assess the hotel. The staff using the elevators made it difficult to check out. The night we arrived, we heard music from the bar until 11. We were on the 7th floor. The one positive, the view.

The hotel seems kind of old and not very well maintained. The cleaning could be better — there are hairs all over the bathroom and room floors. Also, the pool doesn’t look very inviting.

Let me begin by saying all staff I interacted with were very friendly! But, the building and accommodations are in disrepair. Rooms were barely acceptable for cleanliness at check in, and in severe need of repair and upgrading. Sink and tub slow draining. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Dirt in the corners. My room wasn’t cleaned from the time we checked in to out (Friday-Monday) and I had to ask for clean towels. Housekeeping had gone for the day when I asked for the room to be cleaned at 3:30 on Sunday. I was shocked it was still dirty when we returned from our day out. Hallways were gross and untidy. Only 1 elevator worked for both patrons and staff the entire weekend. It took 15 minutes sometimes to retrieve it. Being a busy weekend with the air show in town, not wanting to lose my money already paid for the room, and not wanting to make the very friendly staff feel bad, I chose to stay the duration when I wanted to check out the first day. Lucky for us, we had great weather to not force us to spend more time in the room.

My stay had mixed reviews.... First, the AC in my room did not go below 70. When I asked the front desk about this, I was immediately told that that was correct and there was no changing it. I thought this was odd considering my family in the room right next door could turn their AC down well past 70.... Since the front desk attendant was so adamant that there was nothing to be done about it, I just dealt with a warm, uncomfortable room. The remote for my TV did not work. However, the service upon addressing this issue was exceptional! I told the attendant at the front desk and he immediately gave me a new properly working remote. Third, while my room was clean, some of the furniture was damaged, consequently not very pleasing to look at. The front of the cabinet door where the mini fridge apparently suffered water damage at some point, leading to the bottom to be stained and rotted.... This was definitely not a welcoming site and I also feel like it could potentially lead to unfair charges if management isn't aware of it. 4th, again, I was very pleased with the gentleman at the desk in the evening. Upon mentioning the AC issue again, he immediately offered to call the maintenance person. Unfortunately I was away from the hotel most of the day and missed the maintenance person, but the man at the front desk went out of his way to still make sure I was comfortable by offering me the box fan that was in the lobby. This was much appreciated and a life saver!

Very friendly staff, very clean, parking a block away and free so that was good. The beach was really nice and kept clean, restaurant was good

Mediocre at best.

The hotel could use updating. Some things appeared newer but they are mixed in with outdated things or things in disrepair. For example, our balcony looked out at HVAC units and the roof. Our room AC made a horribly loud rattle noise periodically that woke me up every time. The toilet didn’t flush well. The fridge wasn’t cold and the usb charging ports didn’t work. Also, out of four times I went to get coffee in the hotel lobby, only one time was there actually coffee available. It was an okay stay, but I will look for someplace different next year. Staff was friendly, but not too eager to please.

The property is older but they do an excellent job at keeping it clean and trying to keep it updated. Kept having issues with my room card key and had to get it reloaded several times. Only one elevator was working so there was usually a wait to try to get to the eighth floor. The staff were super friendly and helpful. However, the surrounding area felt unsafe and I do not plan to return. But no fault of the facility

It was an OK stay

The room constantly felt muggy and clammy. The carpet felt damp because of it and out clothes never dried, they were continuously damp. The pillows were squares, not even pillow sizes.
