Oceanfront location, run down facilities for a Sheraton brand

no indoor pool and jacuzzi working....restaurant's food is very poor. Horrible costume service at check in ( took 30 minutes after check in for the roon to be available). We were expecting more of a Sheraton hotel.

The hotel placed us in a handicap room on the inner side of the hotel with no balcony, not even a window. It resembled a dungeon and I can assure you no one would want to stay in the room. We asked to be moved to a different room and the front desk was accommodating after reminding us that was, in fact, the room I had booked, however they moved us into a small corner room of the hotel with a view of the roof that was right beside the supply closet for the employees cleaning the rooms. All night long they would open and shut the door, waking us up all night. At one point our room keys stopped working, as well. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Checking in was late and left us very uninformed. Check in time was at 4:00 but our room was not ready until 5:30 with little explanation or apology for our wait. We were not given any hotel info or local area info at all during check in. I later found out the indoor pool was closed, they had complimentary coffee in the lobby and they were NOT providing housekeeping services. We stayed for a week so all of this information would have been great to know during check in. The room was not clean when we arrived, all table tops were dusty and had sand on them, the floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom mirror was dirty. On day 3 of our stay I asked for new towels and the floor to be vacuumed, they brought towels and told us someone would be back to vacuumed but no one EVER came back to vacuum. Overall not the best hotel experience. Would not recommend a stay here.

There was no complimentary breakfast. The room was clean & comfortable. There was one night, that we did not get very much sleep, because of the slamming of doors & talking loud in the hallway

We loved the location and the rooms were very clean! Wonderful hotel!!

The location of this hotel is really nice, close to the neptune statue. This hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool which is nice. Restaurant in the hotel is really nice. The staff was very helpful and nice. My only issue with this hotel is that it needs to be refreshed and cleaned. In our room alone there were numerous stains on the ceilings and walls from either water damage or maybe a bug being swatted on the wall. The room just looked like everything on the surface was done properly but it needed a deep clean and a handyman. Also the Televisions in the room are really dim and they have them set up so you cannot change the settings. Thats super minor though. The view is nice also.

Great location, great stuff, clean room. Facilities such as swimming pool or parking can be available after checkout, which is quite convenient.

We loved this place, the room felt like being at home.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. The hotel is clean and the room/bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the convenient parking across the street.

Great location and staff. Did not have a chance to try the restaurant but it look great with a lovely view

Not very accommodating, had to wait almost 3 hours after three phones calls to front desk just for blankets for my extra bed. Should already been included considering I had 4 people staying in the room and requested two bed.

The property had great views and clean. the Staff was very nice. Checking is was the problem I couldn't get into the room until almost 6 pm. I had planned on getting ready for the event We were to attend. But check in.......

It appears they allow pets (dogs) which was a nice surprise and something to keep in mind for our next trip
