It s beautiful and clean

This property is older and has not been cared for. Paint peeling off doors, scuff marks on walls, stains on bedding and towels. Amenities still not available although website still mentions them. Very disappointed with our stay.

We were charged 800 dollars when it was supposed to be 400. There was blood in the grout of the floor and wall of the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Not what we expected at all. Their computer system had us as checked out the first day we stayed so they came to our door questioning us. (Room 318)

I enjoy my room the use of two full bath and the jacuzzi the whole layout was very elegant

The hotel looked amazing. We came around Christmas and it looked spectacular!!!

People were nice and friendly/helpful. The prepared breakfast foods were pretty bad. The gym was not so much.

indoor pool, high ceilings, nice front lobby with a few board games breakfast had many options. Window shades did not work in the room. electric shades did not open.

Room furniture needs to be more updated. Bathrooms need updating as well.

Room was not available that I booked. Room they put me in smelled awful, air conditionier was very loud, and the bathtub had two soft spots that when you stepped in it you thought you would fall through. Will not stay here again.

Our room was nicer than expected and quite large. The staff were very attentive, cordial and went above and beyond. Well maintained, clean and well run hotel.

I chose this hotel because it stated the had an airport shuttle, no they don't needless to say it cost me almost $40.00 to go to the hotel. I had a very early flight I requested a wake up call for 3:30 am, did not get it needless to say I almost missed my flight.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Staff was great. It was clean.

Stayed in the hotel for one night. It was very noisy and bathroom left much to be desired. There was rust and mold in the shower. The water pressure was minimal which made it very difficult to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Bed was hard as a rock. They advertise the ability to change the setting of the bed so that you can have a soft or hard mattress but our bed did not have that capability. It was rock hard! The box spring actually bent if you pushed down on the bed. Definitely not ideal. Luckily, we only stayed for one night.

This is a fabulous hotel which my family and I return to year after year. The staff is super friendly and helpful- and that includes everyone the front desk, housekeeping and lounge staff. These folks seem really happy with their jobs- and it shows. Kudos to management! The rooms are clean and comfortable and I like that they provide a keurig coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge. They provide a lot of extras- such as cookies, tea and coffee set up on a little buffet in the evenings and free WiFi. This is a very nice touch and it shows that they care about their guests. We also love the pleasant dining area and breakfast in the mornings. They do a great job with lots of fresh food to choose from. We will definitely keep coming back!

My room wasn't cleaned despite my wife and I leaving for the afternoon. At least they could have given clean linen.
