Watched dolphins everyday from the room. Breakfast was good. Staff was great.

Older hotel fairly clean comfortable beds nice views from balcony close to all the action small rooms but overall I would recommend to stay good value

Hotel had everything I needed but it just felt old and dingy.

Overall enjoyed our stay there. Very nice staff. Close to everything. Roomy for our needs. Really enjoyed the indoor heated pool. However the room could've used a good cleaning and the continental breakfast could use a overhaul.

The room was spacious, clean and beds so comfortable. It was a bonus having sink separate from toilet/shower facilities. Loved the balcony with ocean view and large whirlpool tub! The pool was clean and heated, kids loved it! We will definitely stay here again!!!

The staff was excellent but the hotel could have used a little better maintenance.

First let me say that Renee at the front desk is awesome; available to answer questions and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. I booked an Ocean View Queen Room and it was great. The room was spacious and clean. The Continental Breakfast each morning was wonderful. The view of the ocean/boardwalk was great. I would book this hotel again.

Spent 3 nights here and enjoyed being right on the ocean. Spent little time in room other than sleeping and showering. Room was clean and all of their staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel itself is a little aged and could use some updating. Good stay at a reasonable price.

We stayed at the Baymont inn. It was a nice size room with a Jacuzzi. My shower was wonderful! While it needs some painting and remodeling the hospitality was outstanding!! I would visit again.

Most of the staff was nice. We were on the 10th floor with 4 kids and only 1 elevator! The spare cot didn't even fit in the room and then they didn't have a spare blanket for the cot. The hallways were steaming hot and the ice machines in the hallways wouldn't produce ice b/c of this. When they cleaned the room, they left all of the beach sand on the carpet and only made the beds.

It was a lovely view of the ocean and the bed was nice and comfortable. The front desk was very nice and friendly.

Overall it was Ok.. The breakfast facilities were not available and the rooms in itself have old furnishings and old beddings, but it is worth the price.. If all you are looking for is a beach front property , this is an awesome one at a very good price...

It was just ok nothing to write home about. Hotel needs some improving like the beds and a good paint job all over the hotel inside and out. My wife thought the Jacuzzi was old and dirty she didn't was to use it even after I offer to clean it using bleach she said I m not getting in that Another thing our room smell like smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

My room was good enough for 2 people we had 3 had got a roll away but not much room for tha t but my fault restaurant down stairs food was good

The room kinda smelled bad. It was kinda dirty looking too. The bath tub didn't look very clean either which I thought was very gross. The view was amazing though it really is right on the beach so that was nice.

We visited Virginia Beach on our way to the Outer Banks in June. We loved the view from our balcony and enjoyed the cocktails we prepared from there. The room was spacious though in need of updates. The location was great and the free bikes were a great way to explore the convenient boardwalk. There is always so much going on there. The live music in the darling little bar/outdoor cafe was great fun. Check in was easy, staff were knowledgeable about the area. The down side was the lousy pool. It needed serious attention, but we were there for the beach anyway. The price was good.

Not too bad for the money. No thrills but served its purpose.

It was great!! The room was wonderful and the hot tubs are huge and comfortable. It is well worth the money and stay. It would be nice if the restaurant at the hotel would stay open. I was disappointed to learn they had closed for the season.

Great stay! Desk clerk upgraded our room to a king sized bed. Watched the sunrise and dolphins swim from the comfort of our room.

The hotel overall was a nice place to stay. It did need some touch ups done to the room but it is an older hotel. I loved the location and the view from the balcony was amazing. Will definitely stay there again!
